4. Sizing & Product Selection

Customers are responsible for reviewing the available sizing information and selecting the appropriate size and knee side before completing an order.

If you accidentally select the wrong size or left/right knee version, please contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to modify it.

5. Prices & Payments

Product prices are displayed on our website in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may change from time to time without prior notice.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers available through our checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Orders

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance of that order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
